Terms of Service

Trovo (trovo.to) is a web tool that searches Google Maps for business listings and attempts to extract publicly available contact information, including email addresses. You provide a search query; we return a CSV.

You may use Trovo for lawful outreach, prospecting, and market research. You may not use Trovo to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or equivalent laws in your jurisdiction
• Harass, stalk, or target individuals
• Scrape or re-sell Trovo's output at scale as a data product
• Automate requests against Trovo's API beyond your account limits

You are solely responsible for how you use the data you download.

We pull data live from Google Maps via the Serper.dev API and crawl business websites for emails. We make no guarantee that the data is complete, current, or error-free. Email addresses are MX-verified but not guaranteed to be deliverable. Business information changes; treat all data as a starting point, not ground truth.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Free tier: 250 leads, no credit card required. Pay As You Go: credits purchased in advance, no expiry. Starter and Pro: monthly subscriptions, cancel any time from your account page. No refunds on used credits or partially used billing periods.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing hi@trovo.to. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Unused prepaid credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

Trovo is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the data, including failed outreach campaigns, inaccurate contact information, or regulatory fines resulting from non-compliant use. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the email on your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
