Three steps. No workflow builder, no API setup.
Type a business type and a location. Trovo handles pagination, deduplication, and grid-based coverage so no listing gets missed.
We crawl each business's site, pull contact emails from contact pages, footers, and team pages, then run a live SMTP probe against each address — connecting directly to the mail server to confirm the specific mailbox exists. We drop noreply addresses, disposables, and domains with no mail server. Results come back as Verified, Catch-All, or Risky so you know exactly what you're sending to.
Download as CSV, XLSX, or JSON. Open it in Excel, push it to Instantly, drop it in your CRM. No API setup, no rate limits, no queue.
Every row in your results shows its cost before you download. Emails are included. The free tier doesn't ask for a card.

Every tool here pulls from Google Maps. What changes is the math and what junk they leave in.
Prices verified May 2026
Prices verified May 24, 2026 against vendors' official pricing pages. Outscraper charges separately for email finding (+$30/10k) and email verification (+$30/10k); total $90/10k if both steps are used. Outscraper drops to $1/1k above 100k records/month. Apify Compass actor cost ($40+$20/10k) excludes compute, proxy, and storage charges. Scrap.io effective rate is $49/10k monthly or $35/10k annual; verification methodology not publicly documented. Clay's $185/mo Launch plan includes 2,500 Data Credits; 10k verified leads typically consume 18,000–25,000 Data Credits, requiring top-ups at a 50% markup. Clay's Google Maps sourcing is free; email enrichment and verification run ~$1,500 in credits per 10k leads. Failed lookups on Clay and Outscraper still cost credits in most configurations.
Short answer: no, if you send to the right subset.
We pull emails from business websites, check that the domain accepts mail, and drop noreply addresses, domains with no mail server, and disposables before they hit your CSV.
Send to Verified addresses only through a warmed domain with a real cold-email tool (Instantly, Smartlead, etc.) and you should see well under 2% bounce rates. Catch-All addresses are deliverable but unconfirmed — send to those at your own risk or skip them entirely.
Hit rates vary by niche — medical practices and dentists come back with more email coverage; tradesmen and restaurants come back with less. No tool in this category delivers 80%+ coverage. Anyone who claims otherwise is lying to you.
(A 35% bounce rate is a domain death sentence. We know.)
Everyone here pulls the same Google Maps data. The price difference is what they bolt on top.
Outscraper's $3/1k becomes ~$14/1k once you chain their email finder, validator, and review fetcher. Apify bills compute units that make real-world costs unpredictable. Clay charges for workflow builders and dashboards, plus credits on failed lookups.
Trovo is one tool that does one job. Less overhead, lower price. The $2 is the whole price.
Business name, full address, phone number, website, email, email status, Google rating, and review count. Email status shows Verified (SMTP-confirmed mailbox exists), Catch-All (domain accepts all mail — address unconfirmed), or Risky (couldn't verify). Filter on Verified for the cleanest sends. You get it all as a CSV file — open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or import it straight into your CRM.
No. Pay-as-you-go starts at $2 per 1,000 leads with no subscription and no expiry. Volume gets cheaper — $1.75/k above 25k leads, $1.50/k above 100k. Minimum top-up is $10 (5,000 leads). Monthly plans at $19 and $49 are optional, only worth it if you're doing real volume.
250 leads with emails, no credit card. You'll need to verify your email address first — takes 30 seconds. It's there so you can check the data quality with your own search before you decide to pay.
Our definition of junk: placeholder patterns (example.com, mysite.com), invalid formats, parked domains, noreply/do-not-reply addresses, and disposable domains (10minutemail and similar).
What's not junk: catch-all domains and role addresses like info@ or sales@. Catch-all means the mail server accepts everything — we flag these as Catch-All in your CSV so you know they're unconfirmed. Industry-standard cold email tools treat them as sendable but lower confidence. Verified addresses are SMTP-confirmed: the mail server told us the specific mailbox exists.
If you find something we mark as deliverable that's actually junk, email us. We'll refund the leads and tighten the filter.
Business listings come straight from Google Maps. Same data you'd see manually, pulled at scale. For emails, we visit each business's site, check contact pages, footers, team pages, and about pages. Each found email goes through a live SMTP verification — we connect directly to the destination mail server and ask if the specific mailbox accepts mail. Results are labeled Verified, Catch-All, or Risky. Business listings are pulled fresh on every search. Emails are cached per domain for up to 48 hours — if we've seen a domain recently, we return the result we already have rather than re-crawling the same site.
Yes. Anywhere Google Maps has data — 195+ countries. Search "restaurants in Tokyo" or "plumbers in London" and it works the same way.
Yes. CSV is default; XLSX and JSON are one click away.
